We are seeking highly motivated basic and clinical researchers at all career stages. Our center offers a dynamic, supportive and innovative environment to achieve your research goals. Specific project areas include:

    • understanding the regulation and role of sexual dimorphism in the mammalian kidney;
    • comparative single cell analysis of the mouse and human kidney to identify shared and human-specific developmental processes;
    • development-informed optimization of human organoid kidney models;
    • identifying and optimizing mechanisms of renal repair in response to acute injury; and
    • disease-in-dish modeling and therapeutic discovery with genetically engineered human kidney organoids.
